Informative museum. Dr Grenfell's home is amazing. Nice tail behind house with beautiful views.

Sir Wilfred Grenfell was sent to help the fishermen of the region in 1892. He started with a small staff but soon had small hospitals all along the coast. Soon it went beyond medicine into education and other ways of improving the standard of living of the people of Newfoundland and Labrador, bot settlers and natives. THIS is his house. Funny enough when me and my mom visited it there was no one else there. We had the guide all to ourselves. Which was weird because all the hotels and lodgings in the town were booked solid (we had to find rooms outside of St. Anthony). Lots of information about him and the local history.
